Promise is an earned benefit, NOT AN ENTITLEMENT. The scholarships are privately funded, merit-based and location-based.
Promise makes college affordable, NOT FREE. You must complete FAFSA to maximize your financial aid (Pell grant, university grant etc.)
Promise is NOT JUST A SCHOLARSHIP THAT FUNDS IN-STATE COLLEGES. We provide comprehensive college and career services to scholars both in-state and out-of-state.
