New Haven Promise addresses the region’s need for a diverse, homegrown talent pipeline that strengthens neighborhoods and creates career and leadership opportunities for more than a thousand returned Promise Alumni. As scholars return to live, work, and engage in the greater New Haven community, they benefit from professional and leadership development workshops and on-going support as they thrive post-graduation. Students also continue to leverage internship and career fairs to secure entry-level positions, advancing their careers in their fields of interest.
