1. Promise Talent Program

New Haven Promise is building a high-quality, well-educated workforce for area employers by incentivizing high school students to excel in their studies and to prepare for college, career and civic success. Since we launched the program in 2014, more than 1,500 internship and job placements have been brokered by Promise with over 160 local organizations.

The Talent Program plays an important role in our Back New Haven initiative. Your help as a business committed to acquiring and developing entry-level talent through internships you provide, allows scholars to obtain on-the-job experience with in-demand marketable skills. See full impact of Back New Haven and a list of hiring agencies here.
