1. New Haven Promise in a nutshell
Our mission is to build a culture in the public schools in which students aspire to attend and graduate from college; to provide financial incentives and support for those students; and to facilitate their return to live, work and serve in the greater New Haven community.
2. Promise Logos
Black-Orange logo for white or very light background.
White-Orange logo for blue or very dark background.
“To. Through. And BACK.” motto.
Usage guidelines:
- Do not alter the colors, add effects, or distort the logos in any way. If you need an all white logo or a vector format logo, please contact us.
- Maintain sufficient blank space around the logo to preserve its visibility and impact. Keep a minimum margin equal to the height of the logo’s “N” character on all sides.
- Avoid placing the logo on busy or patterned backgrounds. Ensure there is enough contrast between the logo and the background to maintain readability.
- Maintain equal visual weight when displaying our logo alongside others. When necessary, use the version without the mortarboard to achieve better visual balance.
