Casey Gargano, a Promise Alumna serves as our Talent Manager. Casey, a Crossgraduate, received her Bachelor’s degree in economics and urban studies from UConn in 2019. She has a background in student affairs administration and came to us from Quinnipiac University.
Jolyne Brown came from Site Projects and ConnCAT. She holds a Master’s degree in Early childhood education from Medgar Evers College, reflecting her commitment to fostering arts learning in young minds. Jolyne, mother to an 8-year-old son, is committed to making a positive impact in her professional and personal spheres.
Nelly Padilla joined Promise recently and serves as our Community Service Coordinator. She is a student at Gateway Community College majoring in psychology.
Frankie Roman is our new K-12 Program Manager. He brings five years of experience from LEAP, where he worked closely with high school and college students, providing college access and professional development. Frankie holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.
