New Haven Promise fosters a college-going culture among New Haven public school students by motivating them to pursue higher education. By completing the pledge and senior application of Promise, students and their families commit to academic achievement and college preparation. In addition, students connect with New Haven nonprofit organizations to fulfill community service requirements and receive financial literacy resources to navigate the costs of higher education and financial aid options.
